• VAT registration of a new company – BGN 100.00;
• Declaring No activity – BGN 80.00;
• Accounting for old periods – 50% of the agreed fee;
• Payroll and HR administration – BGN 17.00 per person;
• Preparation of loan / leasing documents – BGN 80.00;
• Accounting consulting – 80,00 BGN / hour;
• Administrative address – 80,00 BGN / month;

• The prices are without VAT;
• SG Accounting Services Ltd. is a VAT registered company and should charge 20% VAT.
• Prices may vary and may differ from the above depending on additional requirements from the client, the specifics of accounting for the activity of the company, as well as other determining factors.
• Fiscal closing, preparation and filing of an annual tax return in the National Revenue Agency are included in the monthly fee for full accounting services and are free of charge.
• Preparation and publication of the Financial Statement in the Commercial register is included in the monthly fee for full accounting services and is free of charge. The state fee to the Registry Agency is paid additional.
• Accounting document is any income invoice, expense invoice, bank statement;
• An employee is any person who is hired by a labor contract;

* The registration fee of a company is valid for the registration of a company whose capital owner and manager are Bulgarian citizens and / or Bulgarian company. In case of participation in the company of foreign person and / or foreign company, the value is negotiated individually.
